As someone who enjoys a good action flick, I gotta admit, Marvel movies are kinda like fast food - entertaining in the moment, but not very fulfilling. I mean, sure, the CGI is cool, but where's the real substance, the deep storytelling that sticks with you? Give me a thought-provoking drama or a mind-bending indie film any day over superheroes saving the world for the hundredth time. Just saying.

I get the hype around Marvel movies, but seriously, depth? Most of them are just flashy fights and predictable storylines. Give me a movie with some real substance any day. Might be entertaining, but depth? Come on.

Totally agree, I enjoy Marvel movies for the action but depth-wise, they're more like a slam dunk than a buzzer-beater.

I get that not everyone's into superhero flicks, but c'mon, calling Marvel movies shallow? Have you even watched "Black Panther" or "Logan"? Those films have some serious depth and tackle real issues. Plus, can we just appreciate the entertainment value without overanalyzing everything?

Marvel movies may not be everyone's cup of tea, but saying they lack depth is a stretch. I mean, have you seen the character development in "Iron Man" or the underlying themes in "Black Panther"? They manage to entertain a wide audience while still touching on important issues - that's talent right there. Plus, they bring people together in a world that can be pretty divided, so I say let folks enjoy what they enjoy, ya know?

Huh, hadn't thought about it like that. Do you think they have the same impact as more traditional films in terms of depth and artistry?
