As someone who's been eye-deep in the gaming industry, it's clear that big corporations rake in massive profits while often underpaying their employees. They've got the resources to provide fair wages, so why shouldn't they be held accountable? Smaller businesses might struggle more, but if you're pulling in huge profits, kicking a bit more to your employees seems like the least you can do.
