Companies should definitely focus more on talent acquisition than loyalty nowadays. I've seen too many coworkers get tossed aside after years of hard work, all for a cheaper hire. Loyalty should be a two-way street, but it seems like in today's corporate world, it's more like a dead-end.

Has anyone heard of companies like Patagonia or Costco? They focus on employee loyalty and are doing just fine. I mean, people want to work where they feel appreciated, right? It's not all about jumping ship for a bigger paycheck. Let's not underestimate the value of a loyal workforce here.

Loyalty may be rare these days, but that doesn't mean it's dead. I've been with the same company for over a decade, and my loyalty has paid off big time. Companies should absolutely value employees who stick around through thick and thin - it's not all about chasing after new talent constantly.

I don't buy this whole "employee loyalty is dead" argument. I mean, sure, things have changed, but good companies still value loyalty. I've been at my job for years, and my loyalty has paid off with promotions and opportunities. Talent is important, but loyalty shouldn't be forgotten.
