Morning workouts all the way! I mean, once I tried evening workouts, but let's be real - after a long day, all I want is Netflix and chill, not burpees and squats. Plus, getting that workout done early sets the tone for the whole day. Who wants to worry about gym time when there's brunch to be had, am I right?

I get the appeal of morning workouts, but for me, evening workouts help me unwind and destress after a long day. Plus, who doesn't love a late-night gym session to cap off the day?

I've gotta agree that morning workouts are where it's at. Whenever I drag myself to the gym before work, I feel like I've already accomplished something for the day, you know? Plus, once the workday's over, I'm way too drained to even think about hitting the treadmill. Morning is my time to shine, no doubt about it!

Morning workouts might work for some people, but saying they're automatically better overall? Nah, not buying it. Personally, I've tried both, and you know what matters most? Consistency and effort, not the time of day. Let's focus on getting moving, no matter when, instead of getting hung up on what the clock says.

I get the whole "early bird catches the worm" idea, but for me, dragging myself to the gym at 6 am just doesn't work. My body is like, "What the heck are you doing? It's still dark outside!" Plus, after a long day at work, I need my evening workout to unwind and destress. Morning workouts may work for some, but for me, it's a hard pass.
