Totally agree with this one! I work in healthcare, and let me tell you, patients will stick with a doctor's office that treats them well even if they're a bit pricier. Feeling valued and respected in a medical setting? That's worth way more than saving a few bucks. Good customer service builds trust, and in healthcare, trust is everything.

I don't know about you all, but when was the last time I paid double for something just because the customer service was amazing? I'd rather take a great deal and deal with decent service. In the end, my wallet speaks louder than a smile at the checkout counter, you know?
