College athletes should be paid for their contributions to the sports industry

I get that college athletes bring in a ton of money, but come on, they're already getting scholarships worth thousands. Plus, most of them are going pro anyway, where they'll make the big bucks. Let's not forget they're students first - getting a free education is already a huge privilege many would kill for.
