Binge-watching TV shows is a total waste of time

You know, I used to be all about binge-watching, but now I gotta say, it can really eat up your time. I've found that getting outside, reading a book, or even learning something new can be way more fulfilling in the long run. Plus, your brain probably needs a break from the screen anyway.
