Totally agree. I used to think binge-watching was just harmless fun, but man, it messes with your whole schedule. I found myself on the couch for hours and totally neglecting stuff I had to do. It's addictive, and it definitely doesn't encourage healthy habits.

I don't buy into this whole binge-watching equals laziness argument. I mean, come on, sometimes you're just immersed in a good show, and you want to keep going. It's called relaxation, not being lazy. Plus, who doesn't love a good Netflix marathon on a rainy day or after a long week at work?

I don't buy it. I mean, yeah, watching TV for hours on end might not be the most productive thing ever, but c'mon, if I wanna unwind and watch a few episodes of my fave show, let me live! It's all about balance, folks. Plus, some days you just need that Netflix therapy, ya know?

Totally get you! Sometimes a good binge-watch session is just what the doctor ordered. Gotta have that Netflix therapy in moderation, right?

I don't buy into the idea that binge-watching automatically equals laziness. I mean, I've crushed a whole season of shows while grinding on my exercise bike - multitasking for the win, right? Plus, mental health is just as important as physical health, so if zoning out to a series helps you unwind, who's to judge? Let people enjoy things without the guilt trip, I say.
