Big corporations have too much influence on government policies

Big corporations definitely have power, no doubt. But saying they control government policies? Come on, that's a stretch. I can't speak for all, but in my experience, my local reps listen more to what voters want than some bigwig in a high-rise. People need to stay engaged and hold politicians accountable, that's where the real change happens.

I get that big corporations have some influence, but come on, saying they have "too much" influence on government policies is a stretch. I mean, yeah, they lobby and all that, but let's not forget they also create jobs, drive innovation, and keep the economy going. It's a fine line, but let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater here.

I used to be all about blaming big corporations for everything, but the more I've learned, the more I realize it's not as simple as that. Sure, they have influence, but so do other groups - unions, NGOs, heck, even regular people like us can have an impact if we organize. We gotta look at the bigger picture and work on reforming the system rather than just pointing fingers.

Man, I get the frustration, but saying big corps control everything is a stretch. Sure, they have money to throw around, but at the end of the day, it's the voters who should hold our leaders accountable. It's like in sports, the players may have the flashy salaries, but without the fans, they're nothing.
